Scott Road X-Ray Centre

I went for my first ultrasound in this building at 15 weeks pregnant. Walking in, I was very excited to see my baby for the first time. My husband and I took time off work which was very difficult atm. They wouldn't let my husband in the room. The woman barely said a word the whole time and then called my husband to see a minute or two at the end. He was very upset and so was I. Totally messedup, poor procedure and absolutely ruined the experience for us :(

No parking anywhere close, some pay parking but it’s full.During COVID they refuse to clean chairs in the waiting area. They said they clean them every 30 minute. During my 45 minute wait they were not cleaned.They said the clean the X-ray room, but I saw dirt in a place that should be easily cleaned.I’m going somewhere else if I need this service again

This location isn't convenient for disabled or injured persons. Parking lot is in the lower back of the building and must climb up several outdoor steep stairs or steep ramp on the side of the building to enter the main front doors. Only one Handicap parking stall near entrance doors but indicates to be reserved for a different business next door. Building has an elevator in back lower parking lot but not available for the disabled to use. Relocation is needed for this x-ray center to include serving disabled persons.

It's great to have that in our neighborhood but the gentleman who did my ultrasound wasn't working professionally. I felt like treated racially by him. When you're working in this kind of field you can't do that. Because when they go to school for study they teach them how treat the patient equally n gently and respectfully without hurt their feelings. Even I told him as well he shouldn't do that. It was white male who did ultrasound on me at ground floor area.

very accessible & friendly staff, no appointment necessary, i went early this am & was happy it has all new equipment (x-ray) & the table went down to approx 20 from the ground...perfect for my manual wheelchair"

The worst area for medical imaging. It’s not accessible and you have to park in the back lane and walk upstairs. Not very good for the elderly or sick. The previous location was bad for parking but this place is worse! We need another X-ray clinic in the Newton area. All clinics are by Guilford, Surrey Central and South Surrey. The front staff isn’t very friend

They Don’t even deserve one star at all, the worst ultrasound experience I ever had. If you like to waste your money, just make appointment and you will still regret about your decision. The ultrasound technician don’t care about what you need, he just want his job done as quick as possible, guess what? I did not even get to see my baby clearly in the 5 mins I was in the exam room.

I wish I could give them no stars. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible place to go. Your partner is not allowed in the room with you (this was not the case in my first pregnancy at a different location) and their bedside manner is atrocious. Absolutely disgusting, unkind human beings.

They got the job done but both the front desk clerk and the technicians were monotonous, cold and extremely passive. The technicians ignored the line of patients when they asked questions and just repeated themselves louder as if that helps clarify anything. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are nervous about your procedure because they have really bad bedside manner. They also took extremely long to send results and my doctor had to request the information twice.

This place is horrible for women who are pregnant they make an appointment and ask u to come 15 minutes early with a full bladder and make u wait past ur appointment time with a full bladder and a baby pushing on u!! I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life! I feel as if I am going to get a bladder infection from doing this all the time!! I have been waiting a half hour already, they have brought in someone who arrived after me! I am definitely going to be asking my doctor to recommend me to somewhere else that doesn't make pregnant women sit here and wait this long!!! The employees are rude and disrespectful and have an attitude!!! Horrible horrible place to go!!! I would not recommend anyone to ever go here!!!!
